What materials do we use
to make our profiles?

On special customer requests, we produce profiles to individual specifications.

As standard, we use high-quality raw materials from the category of galvanised steel with various strength parameters and thickness of the zinc coating.

Profiles used for supporting structures for photovoltaic farms are made of sheets covered with a special zinc-magnesium protective coating, MAGNELIS®.

do we offer

Our production lines equipped with CNC presses and a numerically controlled milling machine give virtually unlimited possibilities of making various shapes of holes in ready-made profiles. We use the technologies of punching single holes, perforating stitches and milling.

Can we store
the ordered
products?

We understand that storing large quantities of products can be difficult in the case of large investments implemented over long periods. We always strive to meet the expectations of our customers.

Whenever necessary, we can store the purchased products for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
We have 42,000 m2 of external warehouse space and we are happy to make it available to our customers.

U N I Q U E ?

How do we weld
hollow
profiles?

We use a computer-controlled arm with a laser head for extremely precise welding of sections with a high-frequency laser beam.

Welding takes place during production, while minimising the negative impact of heat on the strength properties of profiles.

our products?

We pack our products according to the specifications of our Customers to meet their transport requirements. Our basic packing standard includes:
